Q. How do I book a massage with you? A. You can book online, call over the phone, or email. Booking online is the easiest because you can see my availability.
Q. What do I wear during the massage? A. Most people undress either fully or down to their underwear. This is a personal; preference and either is fine.
Q. Will I be covered during the massage? A. Yes, you are covered with a sheet and a blanket. I only undrape the area of the body I am working on, so you are modestly covered the entire time. If you get too warm I will happily remove the blanket, but the sheet will remain in place.
Q. What products do you use in your practice? A. I use an organic olive oil for my base massage oil. I offer Doterra essential oils as a complimentary add on and I also have CBD products for a $10 add on. We use We|Co CBD massage oil.
Q. Do you offer refunds on services, gift cards, or any product you sell? A. No, we do not, all sales are final.
Q. Why am I suppose to drink water after my massage? A. Massage releases lactic acid from your muscles and you want to drink plenty of hydrating fluids afterwards to flush the lactic acid out. It is also a good idea to hydrate before your massage. I have found with myself and other clients if you hydrate before hand you get less stuffy while laying face down.
Q. Do I need to tip my massage therapist? A. Gratuity is customary with massage therapy, the amount you leave is up to your discretion. 15%-25% is typical.
Q. Are your therapists certified in massage therapy? Yes, they are.
Q. Do you accept insurance? A. I do not. I can, however, provide you with an invoice of the treatment for you to submit to your insurance company.
Q. Do your gift cards expire? A. Yes, they do, one year after the purchase date.
Q. I received/purchased a gift card before you increased your rates. Will I/they be charged extra to cover that change? A. No, we will continue to honor the pricing from the date the gift card was sold.
