Q. How do I book a massage with you? A. You can book online, call over the phone, email, or text me. Booking online is the easiest because you can see my availability.
Q. What do I wear during the massage? A. Most people undress either fully or down to their underwear. This is a personal; preference and either is fine.
Q. Will I be covered during the massage? A. Yes, you are covered with a sheet and a blanket. I only undrape the area of the body I am working on, so you are modestly covered the entire time. If you get too warm I will happily remove the blanket, but the sheet will remain in place.
Q. What products to you use in your practice? A. I use an organic olive oil for my base massage oil. I offer Doterra essential oils as a complimentary add on and I also have CBD products for a $10 add on. Right now I am using Higher Peaks 240mg CBD massage oil.
Q. Can I purchase CBD products from you? A. Yes, I do keep some Higher Peaks products on hand for retail purposes.
Q. Why am I suppose to drink water after my massage? A. Massage releases lactic acid from your muscles and you want to drink plenty of hydrating fluids afterwards to flush them out. It is also a good idea to hydrate before your massage. I have found with myself and other clients if you hydrate before hand you get less stuffy while laying face down.
Q. Do I need to tip my massage therapist? A. Gratuity is customary with massage therapy, the amount you leave is up to your discretion. 15%-25% is typical. You of course can leave less, more, or nothing at all.
Q. Are you certified in massage therapy? I am, I have held a National Certification with The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork since 2003. I am also licensed and registered in the State of Colorado to practice massage therapy through The Department of Regulatory Agencies since 2011.
Q. Do you accept insurance? A. I do not. I can, however, provide you with an invoice of the treatment for you to submit to your insurance company.
