Q. Are Push's therapists certified in massage therapy?
Yes, Our massage therapists are certified and hold Massage Therapy Permits with the City of Casper.
Q. What do I wear during my massage?
A. Most people undress fully, or down to their underwear. This is a personal preference, and either is fine.
Q. Will I be covered during the massage?
A. Yes, you are covered with a sheet and a blanket. Only the area of the body the massage therapist is working on is uncovered, so you are modestly covered the entire time. If you get too warm, we will remove the blanket, but the sheet will remain in place.
Q. What products do you use in your practice?
A. We use organic olive oil for massage. We also offer WeICo. CBD massage oil and balms for an additional $10, and DoTERRA essential oils as a complimentary add-on, as well as in our Aromatherapy massage.
Q. Do you offer refunds on services, gift cards, or any product you sell?
A. No, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
Q. Do I need to tip my massage therapist?
A. Gratuity is customary and deeply appreciated. The amount you leave is up to your discretion. 15%-25% is typical.
Q. Do you accept insurance?
A. We do not. We can, however, provide you with an invoice of the treatment for you to submit to your insurance company.
Q. Do your gift cards expire?
A. Yes. Our gift cards expire one year after the purchase date.
